I have seen pictures made by the same person who made this one actually appear in a game all I know is that it's on the android app store. The name is in Japanese though so you are going to have to do some searching. The best name to start searching for the app is called TouhouTap. You will know when you've found the app I am talking about because the picture it has for its icon depicts Reimu, Flandre, Yukari, and Yuuka all in more adult bodies looking at you at the same time. It's entirely in Japanese so if somebody can translate that game to the point where one can more easily tell what the choices are when one makes as well as the names of the cast, equipment, and of course what the menu is too I would appreciate it.
