Weird storm
The reference is to a combo deck that I learned through the wiki article for Paradise Mantle.
The combo pieces are the Mantle and Blistercoil Weird, each a 4-of, and the rest of the deck consists of around 10 lands and lots of 1 mana cantrips, and Grapeshot as the storm finisher. It's a very janky deck... and I love those!
