Yamato tops out at 27 knots

The USN North Carolina and South Dakota class of FAST battleships toped out at 26 and 27 knots respectfully.

The Italian Littorios toped at 30 but average 27-28. Same with the Bismarck.

The RN KGV class hit 28 knots.

Even tbe Kongos could barely hit 30 knots and more often toped out at 29 knots.

So yeah the Yamatos are fast battleships
