It's kinda funny that they bring up American school lunch policies here, but the pizza slices aren't rectangular with just tiny cubes of "pepperoni" on them. Also, that cheese wouldn't be stringing.

I'm really jealous of American pizza delivery. You guys pay like 15 bucks and get a big ass pizza box.
Mine were about $25 when I used to get them, but they also were Larges and had like 5 or 6 toppings. People who have the restraint to only have cheese and perhaps pepperoni on their pizzas astound me.
That's a good mantra concerning weight gain. Eat what you want, as much as you want, as long as you work it off afterwards. Gain weight > train muscles > lose weight > repeat.
'Course, doing the entire thing is necessary. Can't just stop at stage 1 or start at stage 3 can we? That's how we get sick!
Actually, Baked pizza or made at home pizza is actually quite healthy. Organic Pizza made at resturants too. it's just that the Average Consumer just gets normal fast food pizza which is fried in super deep oil and what little baking process that goes into it doesn't help.
That's why the cardboard box it comes in is still drenched in oil.
When I bake Pizza, I really only use 2 tablespoons of Olive oil to make it slightly crispy and that's it.

That's pretty much my approach, it really works fine actually. You just don't have to overdo any step.

You forgot one step: build ugly stretch marks. I think that's the way most porn stars live today.
