It should be obvious from the pictures on this site: nudity is a popular fashion choice in Japan. But it's not an exclusive, I guess. Removing tag.

Japanese_clothes are implied from the miko tag.

Neither is obvious from this drawing (I guess that the character is a miko but as she is not dressed as one I guess that the tag is incorrect)
