The Bukki sketches are a pretty large and distinct pool - can we leave those as is, and compile the Goya, Suzuya, and any other girls into a new "Shipgirl Sketches" pool instead? It keeps the distinction that Kouji created with his favourite destroyer, and lets the other sketches be easily pooled.
Especially as Bukki looks like she'll get more stand alone sketches... but not all the other girls do.

I think that as long as these sketches only have a single character each, it does not really matter whether Fubuki sketches are left as a standalone pool or not (at least from search/navigation standpoint) because, even if they are merged, one can always search for "pool:xyz fubuki_(kantai_collection)".

Here's two where there's more than just Fubuki, unlike the other sketches. I'd be going by the size of the Bucky pool versus the others, as they've persisted for three sketches at the most versus Bucky's 100+
There's a lot of argument against combining the pools, so I'd say there's no reason to muck with the current pool organization if it's just going to cause trouble. Although, I would suggest the idea again more strongly if these sketches stopped following a consistent one character/color theme, or started including more than one girl for a sketch.
What about keep the Fubuki sketches in blue and then a pool for the rest of the monochromatics? I think for now its a good enough like that.
Say unless we see 20+ of the same monochromatic kanmusu sketch then its going to be kept in the same monochromatic pool.
That was my suggestion - it doesn't look like he's stopping with the Bukki sketches, even if he's throwing in variety. But he did stop Suzuya after three, and Goya only got one sketch. Those other shipgirl sketches could theoretically end up in a single pool, as it's more thematically appropriate, versus throwing Bucky into there when she had 20 sketches for each one of some other shipgirl.
Unless you're willing to throw them into the main Fubuki-san pool instead of relegating her to a "shipgirl sketches" pool... as the pool would literally be 95% Bucky sketches
