I can't remember if in the manga the nurse has a name or if is Joy in the manga

She might be human or Team Rocket, but she looks bloody psychotic. Having her eyes look two different ways doesn't help her case either.

It's the R/B Pokemon Center attendant. She was replaced by Nurse Joy in Yellow.

It's just a nurse. In the games, nurses are like regular nurses. All different girls, with any sort of design.

Their sprite is just the pink Nurse Joy one.
