This artist drew a lot of pictures and they are good. The fact that this pictures look bad is because it's a sketch. What is the last time you see a good, clean sketch? Her arm is thin? Man, look, it's freaking normal. Have you are try to take a selfie in that position? And forget the condom, the artist focused on her face and left everything else. What we are seeing is a sketch that may give an in-sight to how this artist draws his/her pictures. Its value is up to how you see it.

It is a sketch. But an extremely bad one if I compare it to others.
I didn't flag it but it has some serious flaws. Even the coloring isn't good (goes over lines).
That said: Maybe it gets approved but it should go through the mod queue.
