Depends from person to person, I guess, but overall Dukemon contrasts Megidramon in so many ways that they're not super-comparable. The evolution differs depending on Megalo Growmon either unleashing or suppressing the Hazard, so in that way, Megidramon and Dukemon are opposites.
Yeah but there are some people prefer Megidramon as Guilmon's natural Ultimate form because knowing anime seasons of Digimon always will have humanoid forms in their own evo lines. Well they are/were Pokémon fans, it's not surprise they are favoring beast forms over any humanoid forms. Maybe I could be wrong.
