Is it me or does her hand look way too big? Just looking for other opinions on the matter.
I'll cast a third vote for the hands being a little too big. Though it's not really bad.
As a generic anime rule, I think adult hands from the end of the wrist to the tip of the fingers should roughly be between 1/2 to 3/4 the length of the head long, and around (usually less than) 1/2 the head wide. It looks like the artist overestimated a bit and made the hands 1 length of the head.
A couple of artists prefer drawing bigger hands as a stylistic choice. Stocky hands make the character look a bit more cartoonish and gentle.

Alright, thank you for the in-depth reply! I do know a few anime where characters have big hands, I just wasn't really reminded of those until now. Points taken.
