This was included in a zip linked on the authors site (alongside an unfinished doujin called "わっちとにょっひら本"). The link password (watti2) was included in the afterword of HARVEST II.

The original HARVEST doujin also seems to have a bonus DL which may have some images (Probably the H scenes which weren't included in the final release), but I've had no luck finding the password for it.
The post mentions its included in the afterword but I'm assuming the version released at SC53 is a revised version which includes the password. Sadly it doesn't seem like this is online :|
