Well, yeah. Tags are supposed to be all-encompassing. If it has any engrish, you should be able to find it in the tag. The only other option would be to get rid of the tag entirely. If we wanted to just have the really bad ones, we'd have a pool for that... which we do. The post you just used as an example is even IN that pool.

I had especially used that pool for an extreme example but yeah, you are right. Still i think very small mistakes like these can be tolerated.
