I'm no gun expert, but those look like glocks to me with how blocky the backs are. I do know they look nothing like any 1911 I've ever seen.

The gun in Akitsu's right hand appears to have the grip of an m1911, but i agree, the slide looks a bit blocky. the gun in her left hand could be a glock, but she's hiding the grip, I can't tell either

Definitely a glock Gen 1. Tell tale is the lack of hammer, squared slide, trigger group pins and the slight barrel extension.

The handgun on top looks like a 1911 due to the presence of a hammer, grip screws, solid trigger, and no barrel extension (due to the barrel bushing). The artist forgot the slide lock and safety which are big features of the 1911.
