    That 'Stand' is Cardinal Mozgus, a character with that distinctive flat nose because he was so zealot, he slammed his face to stone floor everyday to bow to the God and to ask for redemption. A torture technician and an Apostle Spawn, but I think his likeness used here is just for the laugh.
