    Have you ever lost the first rival battle? I definitely have a few times!

    I love doing super anime close ups like these, I never really do them much for myself anymore. I used to get to do it a lot with the ENM stuff which was awesome.
    Also the next Smash print should be here by the end of today!

    At that level, both will only have a normal type attack and a stat dropping move that drops either attack or defense. Stats are very similar for ultimately rather balanced pokemon at very low level, and with not type advantage it's anyone's game. Literally a coin flip, unless you got the potion from your PC at the start of the game, in which case you are guaranteed to win provided you use it (50/50 if you don't).

    Or the Tackle doesn't hit (xD)...therefore Charmander's Scratch is much better :3.
