I do wonder how you found out she cosplays Yuugumo.
As far as I know, their clothings look all the same or is it because it's the Yuugumo-class?

I would presume that we just default to calling it a Yuugumo cosplay because of the lack of any features suggesting a different Yuugumo-class girl.

According to the artist, she's wearing the Yuugumo-class' clothing, not Yuugumo's specifically. So can't really say the Yuugumo cosplay tag is all that appropriate.

I'm just gonna play it safe and go for Yuugumo until there's sufficient evidence that suggests otherwise.

I myself think putting it as yuugumo_(kantai_collection)_(cosplay) works well enough. Because she's the firstship/nameship, equals to being the representative for the whole class/its clothes/its specialties, etc. Although that is indeed stretching it a bit too much.
