Frame 1 bottom left look like a sunflower_fairy. Frame 2 top left, the fairy girl from musaigen_no_phantom_world (I didn't watch it so I don't know her name). Frame 3 top left, tinkerbell. There are other cameos, but I don't know who they are.

The four heads under Navi are the Bottle Fairy girls.

It's Ruru and the tag is ruru_(phantom_world).

First panel on bottom right, isn't that fairy from Zelda series? Ocarina of Time, If I'm not wrong.

I can only imagine Rarity's surprise at this. She never had to deal with a annoying fairy that goes around saying "IT'S SPRING!" over and over again in everyone's face.

By the way, that caption for Alice in the last panel should be "WILL YOU SHUT UP!?" It makes more sense that way, considering that Alice is annoyed as heck.
