Judging by the fact that this seems to take place before Tokonotsu is assigned, she wouldn't realize.

This could be a different Fubuki too. We still have to see if she's the only shipgirl there or if she's like Admiral Inazuma.

Now I have to think of an Admiral Bucky that has an Akagi and is out of ressources 24/7 because Bucky can't say no to Akagi-senpai and so Akagi is eating the whole time.

And reading the intro text which wasn't attached to this uploaded indicates it happened before Everlasting Summer Blizzard... so it is the same Fubuki that teased poor Tokonatsu-kun after all. Looks like she was so bored before that she had to let off a lot of steam once he arrived.

I cannot imagine how mind-numbingly boring 'Buki's daily situation must have been. An entire island/naval base to herself. No-one to interact with. Nothing to do aside from daily cleaning chores.

Explains why she was having fun cleaning the windows in Everlasting Blizzard though. It's been hard-wired into her subconscience by that point.
