Well, im trying to promote that image dumb album...but i found it on pixiv: http://www.pixiv.net/member.php?id=1860190 and that artist is NOT CALLED BORUSEN, its acutally someone else. I'd also like to add that i didn't add all these tags and thanks for the actuall good tags. The artist's name is really ぼるせん it might be borusen translated but whatever. Hope it helps.

I think she's holding her vulva, in a way to make it look like a sandwich. The right side of the "bun" is connected, and there's (shaved) pubic hair there. Also the highlights give the area a slick and fleshy look that doesn't really fit bread.

Removing artist_request tag, since the artist is borusen, looking at the Pixiv link provided by both kuroxxx95 and Saucenao. I'm not sure where the confusion was but it definitely is borusen.
