Those are regular, nicely toned legs that aren't photoshopped into boring thin sticks.

Bukki is lovely.

When you sit like that, your calves will flatten out a bit even if you have thin legs, and if you want to have any accuracy in the drawing, you do it like this.

But then there's also this, and this, and this, and this. Kouji's Buki really has nice legs, unlike the sticks the game and anime Fubuki have.
