Not keen on the fact that she needs a blueprint though. Course I already used up the ones I was gonna use on Bisko, Zuikaku, Shoukaku, and Abukuma to begin with so I have no idea who I plan on using them next.

Her need of a BP is most likely implemented as to not allow people to easily farm daihatsus.

Yes, the Unryuus need it for Kai. However, the dragons I am referring to is what was stated in the original comment, i.e. hiryu [sic] and souryu [sic].

Bisko was priority numero uno well before I got into the game. And the crane sisters sorta skewed that way since I was using Zuikaku during the saury event and it became the obsession to get both decks. Abukuma was just out of necessity.

I'll do either Yamashiro or Roma next but they're in the middle of the queue when I'm finish with Hiryu and whoever I can't remember to level up.

Kancolle only needs one smokestack hat when it's the most iconic trait of its wearers, otherwise they're easy to mix up.

Bisko stopped being top priority as soon as Abukuma got her Kai 2. Now it's Abukuma -> Cranes -> Bisko -> Tone/Fusou-class -> Unryuu -> Ooshio -> Choukai -> Roma/Italia -> Katsuragi -> Ryuuhou/Amagi.

I was referring to personal preference and not generalization. I do need to hunt down Tone again though.
