I'm not sure.. but it took me a while to match up that handwriting to known kanji. But I think she said..
"Otoko no ko ga iina." and the best I can get is "Must be nice to be a girly boy". Or am I mistaken and she called herself a girly boy?
    (edit: Fixed grammar in translation)

"Otoko no ko" (男の子) literally means "little boy". She means to say "boys are so great" or something to that effect. Her dialog is written with the kanji for "child" (子), which works for either gender.

What you're thinking of is otoko no ko (男の娘), which is slang for a male crossdresser. This is written with the kanji for "daughter" (娘) emphasizing their feminine presentation.

Notes have been writ and kept, thanks so much for the knowledge. I was just matching kanji earlier, but thank you for pointing out how I was wrong in translating.
