I don't know anything about the story in Lunatic Kingdom but if Seiran's life is anything like this she really should ditch those moon jerks and join Udonge at Eientei.

I haven't finished the game with Udonge yet, but in Reimu's ending, Ringo stayed on the Earth (not at Eientei). Considering all the chaos that Hecatia and Junko are causing (forcing the lunarians to flee), and the usual disregard for rabbits (as Seiran herself said, they're called "garbage") Seiran probably stayed too.
Personally I'd like a new Phantasmagoria game with those two as playable and no Udonge. Right now they're set to be forgotten in Udonge's shadow.
I'd love to know what they'll do with their new life in Gensokyo, and Seiran seems to be the series' biggest buttmonkey.
