The cockpit looks to be from either a A320 or A330.
Few things I notice as an avgeek: -PFDs are flipped going between the to sides -That PFD altitude indicator might be looking a bit too low (as in on the ground low) -Only the FO's side has an altimeter changer screen
This is a pretty highly detailed cockpit for an anime picture!

Looks to be a mishmash of both. The FCU and extra MCDU on the pedestal in the middle are off of the A330, but the throttle quadrant and the dials to the right and left of the PFD in yellow (which control backlighting brightness and cockpit lights) are off of the A320.
