This is a normal german sentence with correct grammatical structure and even the words are the ones one would use in the german language.
But from the context of the picture, it seems really off that they talk to each other in the "polite form" (Höflichkeitsform).
But since she probably talks to the Admiral (a higher-tier person), I think it's appropriate use)
