I see you already know how to edit tags on posts; you can find existing ones (and discover if one doesn't) by clicking the Tags header then using * as a wildcard. In this case I just used *tornado* though I had seen this plane's tag recently while scrolling past post #2304396 so I knew it existed in some form.
