The anatomy looks more than fine to me. Her pose is twisted, but doable. Looking at the nude vs this, where both poses are the same, nothing looks out of place. Uncomfortable, sure, but no mistakes in the drawing.

Regardless, off-anatomy on its own isn't enough to tank a post. The shading and coloring is fantastic. The pose might not look comfortable, but it is drawn well. The minor details like the hair and clothing are also drawn well.

Context for people coming here after: the post had gotten flagged for "bad anatomy". The flag was resolved in effectively minutes.
