CA means heavy cruiser

CA stands for Cruiser (Armored), which is what Kancolle use to designate the Heavy Cruiser class. Here there's a double entendre with CA, her class in game, and CA, an airplane cabin attendant

EDIT: The old CA was Armored cruiser (pre 1920), and CA after that designated Heavy Cruisers. Both terms seem to be retired in modern ship vernacular though.
