Based on the fact that last year's title was written in Katakana, and the word for sex is sometimes the loanword "sekkusu", and this says "Rettsu Hinakkusu!" I think it would translate to something like "Let's Hinasex!"

The in-post phrase is even more nonsensical. "Rettsu... Hinakkusu desu," or "Let's... it's Hinasex."

Keep in mind... this is an extreme stretch. But I've seen extreme stretches like this happen before.

I know, right? I thought about that too, but given how much of the context is nudging it in other directions, I don't think "relax" is the other word.

• Body language + exposed heart tattoo on her thigh.
• Previous year's picture is her lying on a bed crying.
• It's Hammer.
• Commentary is waaay too excited about this.

If there was a Yukkuri involved, though, I'd decisively think "relax", regardless of other context.
