Both the aircraft carrier and the airship are named after Count Ferdinand von Zeppelin, so it's not surprising they share a name. Also, the company that made the airship? Zeppelin.

Granted, it's his company (he's an engineer) so that's sort of a given.

(BTW, Graf means Count.)
