I know it's easy to just have something automatically spit these things out, but this is ridiculously bigger in file size than it needs to be.

Just a quick edit (dropbox link) and I could get the file down to a much more reasonable level of 224kb while removing that hiccup in the middle.

Another quick edit (dropbox link), just toyed around to make it move smoother, and longer pause at the start and end.
