Based on the title on pixiv, the one holding the chopsticks is Maikaze, presumably getting revenge? Not sure what their connection is. All it took was a quick google to find out that Maikaze was sunk by the New Jersey. Iowa did get Nowaki, so that might be it.

It's more to indicate there's a guttural edge or growl to her voice, as opposed to a straight scream.
nattou, though the very definition of acquired taste, is actually pretty good.
Nattou with some sliced shallots and a bit of soy sauce/bonito on rice is hard to beat. Though I never ate that yellow mustard-y stuff that came with the package.
Problem is, it needs to be stored in the freezer; and the easiest way to thaw it was to microwave it. So that smell gets everywhere.
