That...doesn't look like the rest of the cum in the novel (i.e. very white and chunky). I haven't gotten that far in my copy but that seems more like sweat or lube. Given the Nagato-esque strong-girl archetype that's so heavily stamped into her I'd go with the former, but it'd be karmic for the novel to end up just making me sound like an idiot.
