Yet if it exists in the same place as Imagine Breaker and is even vaguely supernatural it can be nullified by it, I think it's pretty impossible to argue that OPMan power isn't super natural (and the source doesn't really matter) so there seems little reason it wouldn't be nullified. In which case what happens is that it's just two normal dudes punching each others fists.

I'm pretty sure Saitama wouldn't give a flying fuck whether they're starving or not. He's a hero by hobby and right now he's off duty, so all types of justice can suck a dick compare to 70% of discount.

There is nothing supernatural about OPMan's OPness. He is just overpowered for some incomprehensible reason. Nobody knows how is it that he can one-shot everything he comes across if he feels like one-shotting that opponent. It just is. He is the ultimate boring invincible hero. He is Goku and Superman and every op Shounen Hero and western comic superpowered superhero distilled into a single person and turned up to eleven, then mocked at to heaven and hell. Imagine Breaker? You can't even imagine how strong Saitama really is. Touma gets a punch for getting between Saitama and the 70% discounted packed fish.
At least, Touma won't die. Saitama does not kill humans. He only knocks them out.
Even if we discount the fact that Saitama is able to beat anything with one-punch (with varying degrees of seriousness), you still cannot forget the fact that Saitama trained like crazy. He is already the fittest of the fit as compared to Touma. Touma picking a fight against Saitama is like a street-punk picking a fight with a trained gold-medalist Muay Thai kickboxer. He is going to turn into modern art.

Just come for this, Saitama doesn't have any style aside of 1punching anything, in the webcomic was explained by Masters of Martial Arts, so they can take that advantage for them. Aside of that, probably Touma will end persued by Misaka for some reason (And adding Nico to his harem)

Though considering that he is already beating up monsters prior to becoming the One Punch Man, lacking a style isn't exactly a disadvantage for Saitama. He is capable of quick thinking in the middle of a fist fight. The only difference between him and Touma once we get rid of the superpower nonsense is that Saitama actually trains himself to some masochistically intense levels. Touma's training was only limited to PE and fighting street punks. Just physical abilities-wise Saitama already has the upper hand. Then you throw in the fact that prior to being overpowered, Saitama already defeats monsters with a combination of wits and really strong punches and nothing else, Touma is at an even greater disadvantage.
Don't worry. No one's going to die today. Also, Saitama isn't doing anything that a regular USMC or even a triathlon can't do. USMC training regimen is even worse than 100 push ups, 100 sit ups, 100 pull ups and 10-km running everyday already.
