The flying sweatdrop suggest Kaga and Nagato are worried about where their dinners will come from if Akagi and Hana stop restraining themselves.

Hana is such a big eater that she can displace her body to eat in multiple places at the same time.

This was probably a long time in coming considering the running gag of Hana-sized potions going around since the anime aired.

Well, Akagi-chan was meant originally as a battlecruiser before she became a fleet carrier. No doubt, she still needs a tonne of calories to operate...! ;)
