Just wait until someone draws Haruna based on what happened to the historical ship in 1945. She was the last of her class to be sunk, and if that happened to Haruna from KanColle that'd be plenty of reason for her to go crazy.

I don't think it's for Kongou... Haruna just likes playing with her food and Kongou caught her in the act.
