前作のスパイダーミオの続編です。続編の絵は漠然とした構想はありましたが、強いリクエストを頂きましたので、それを切っ掛けに具体化が進んで制作とこの度の掲載に至りました。　―軽音部がさわちゃんの誘いでコスプレライブに参加することになり、その為に澪が渡されたのはスパイダーガールのスーツだった（もちろんさわちゃんの手作り）。当然乗り気のしない澪だったが、街のとある場所で取り敢えず試着してみたくなり、試着完了した所でふと外を見ると、なんと子供が事故（事件？）に巻き込まれそうになっている所を発見！。シャイながら心に深く秘める正義感を揺り動かされた澪は、コスプレ姿のまま窓から外に飛び出し、持ち前の運動神経で子供を危機から救い出す。子供を無事に親に送り届けると、何も言わずその場を去った謎のスパイダーガールに、その後当然街は沸き立つことになる。“謎のスパイダーガール子供を間一髪で救出！”、“正義の味方スパイダーガールが桜ヶ丘に出現！”などのニュースがメディアに躍り、桜高でもこの話題で持ち切りだった。そんな中、当の本人である澪はもちろん最初は困惑したが、覆面なのでシャイな澪でも大丈夫ということもあり、正義の心に目覚めた澪は、今後も桜ヶ丘住民の親愛なる隣人として活動することに…　…みたいな設定を妄想しています。　律「あのさ、今話題のスパイダーガールって、もしかして澪じゃないよな？」澪「…ま…まっさかぁ～…u u ///…」ただのコスプレで特にクモの特殊能力とかは持ってませんが…。

This is a sequel to my previous work, Spider-Mio. I had a vague idea of the picture for the sequel, but I received a strong request for it, which led to its materialization and its production and publication this time.　The light music club was invited by Sawa-chan to participate in a cosplay live, and Mio was given a Spider-Girl suit (handmade by Sawa-chan, of course) for the event. Naturally, Mio was not keen on it, but she wanted to try it on at a certain place in town, and when she finished trying it on, she looked outside and saw that a child was about to be involved in an accident (or an incident?). Mio, who is shy but has a deep sense of justice in her heart, jumps out of the window in her cosplay costume and uses her natural athletic ability to save the child from danger. After safely delivering the child to his parents, the mysterious Spider-Girl leaves the scene without a word, and of course the town is in an uproar. “Mysterious Spider-Girl rescues a child in the nick of time!” and “Spider-Girl, the ally of justice, appears in Sakuragaoka!” The news was all over the media, and this topic became a hot topic at Sakuragaoka High School. Mio herself was naturally confused at first, but the mask meant that even shy Mio was okay, and with her righteous heart awakened, she decided to continue acting as a friendly neighbor to the residents of Sakuragaoka... or so I imagine. Ritsu: “You know, the Spider-Girl who is the talk of the town right now, could it be Mio?” Mio: "...No way...u u ///..." It's just cosplay, and she doesn't have any special spider powers or anything...
