In other recent news from the official Girls und Panzer website, they have released a new World of Tanks mod to celebrate the release of the new movie. It changes the tank garage to look like the Ooarai tank garage, provides multiple tank skins to match those from the anime and movie, and has voice packs for all of the main characters in their respective tank roles. War Thunder isn't as widely known as WoT, and only recently get popular in Japan. Give it some time. Though I doubt the community would allow that to happen.

The community? From wot? Look there are things that yes it should decided by the community but this is NOT one of them

And actually yea part of the problem is from the industry moe thing is unfortunately their bread and butter at this point which is kinda sad since well there are older looking anime characters but somehow they couldn't get the same amount of appeal
