She said "Kakeochi Ipai" (one shot for being pregnant) when she actually meant "Kaketsuke Ippai" (one shot for being late). It's explained in the translation note inside Hibiki's bubble.

Normally, it's three drinks for lateness to a party; also Littorio says /kakeochi/ 'disappearing/elopement' instead of /kaketsuke/ 'run in' - which when connected with a noun for 'a drink', becomes the penalty drink for arriving late.
