I'm not a dentist, but I think this Mochizuki has all of her adult teeth, which would make her at least 11-13. You can see three teeth with visible occlusal (indented) surfaces, so the partially obscured tooth on the left side is also occlusal. I'm assuming that's her second molar (position 31), which is one of the last permanent teeth to come in.
