Wait... The translations was changed. The original translation by @BrokenEagle98 has her saying that she wants you to pay her recent food and hotel bills. Then @sunember123 changed it to her offering to pay for food and hotel, which is the one I originally commented on. Then @BrokenEagle98 changed it back.

Knowing the type of character Anzu is and how she's portrayed by the fans, her paying hotel and meal fees doesn't make any sense.

は - topic marker
持ち - hold; charge; keep possession; in charge

So after going over the above again, I believe she's implying that she'll charge meal and hotel fees (for moving in and staying at her place). Which also explains about stocking up on dried potatoes... i.e. stocking them up at her place.
