Canonically, no, these are just random shrine maidens that ZUN has drawn, they're not related to Touhou, or at the very least not directly related to Reimu. This is just a "what if they were Hakurei maidens" thing the artist did.

Just by seeing them makes me wonder: has ZUN ever think about giving Reimu a family? Although he might actually won't ever give a family to Reimu, just to see how creative the fans are.

Besides the Label Girl and Reimu, would a hat means the "presence" of the Jacket Girl?

I have added the tags blonde_shrine_maiden_from_a_future_era_(touhou) (the blonde girl in the top left) and hourai_girl_(touhou) (the blonde girl bottom right)
the purple-haired girl and the black-haired girl need a name.

honestly, I don't know how to translate their names because I don't know Japanese.
Also, it seems that pixiv uses the tag "蓬莱 少女 繪 幻想" for all the girls without names created by ZUN (including zun009.jpg - Cleaning Maid)
although, the latter I need to investigate even more

Hey there, I noticed someone finally added the proper tags to this as well as uplaoding several DiPP images. Thanks to you, more touhou fans are becoming more aware rhat DiPP exists (alongside Kaigen's artworks).

Well, not to long ago, we kinda did got an official relative to reimu: the Gensokyo's First Hakurei Miko from Cheating Detective Satori. With a name like "first", i think she was like, the ORIGINAL Hakurei Miko before Reimu... as in, her grandma or great grandma way... (she was there when the Hakurei Border was formed back in 1885.)
