    Morning

    I don't know much about maritime traffic rule, so I might get it wrong.
    Need to do more research.
    Those masts' red lights are my preference.

    Ayanami's is on the right side though, the girl's is on the left. But then I can't think of anyone else she could be.

    The detail is very rough with barely any identifiable details.

    The only Fubuki-class I can remember having that long a ponytail (if we count the Ayanami as a subclass) would be Ayanami herself. Isonami has her hair in a braid, which is rather short and heavy so we can rule her out.
