I'm unsure, but I thought it was the entire arm, so I'm guessing oversight. It could very well be "the entire arm up to the shoulder" though.

Maybe but the way her leg looks it seems she is stomping his balls apart, which honestly I wouldn't put it pass Kasen after she is sexually satisfied.
