Huh, I need to check out at least New Vegas Fallout. I played just old 1 & 2. While in early game Death Claw spells doom, I remember very, very funky time at Death Claw lair - first Fallout. I literally had to wait after hitting them with hammer - they fell on ground, and slowly, slowly moved 20-30 hexes away... It was nice when there was wall somewhere, that helped a lot. While in game it didn't looked amazing - in general terms, that meant these were frigging FLYING after meeting with my hammer ^-^' That was munchkin-style playthrough, though. The best thing, they were constantly spawning - because lair. So much exp.
