From the link given in the artist's commentary, looks like this series is officially called "Parsee-chan Does Not Cry!".
Should we change the pool name? I mean, it's basically the same.

It may sound almost the same, but it has a very different meaning. The official title means that Parsee will not cry over what life throws at her in this series, while the Danbooru pool name implies that she might very well want to, but we, the readers, cheer her on and try to comfort her.

This basically changes the mood of the whole comic! The official name implies a strong Parsee, the other one a weaker one, that needs support and comforting in her misery. Personally, I like the Danbooru pool title best. Probably because I (and I suspect many others) can totally relate to the stupid crap poor Parsee has to deal with and I know I couldn't handle it for long without some support.

I'm going to assume the "official" English title is a mis-translation. It does change the tone of the whole comic, and clearly not in a direction it's meant to go. She clearly does cry in a few of the comics, and if the title was meant to be "Parsee-chan Does Not Cry!", the title would be "パルスィちゃん泣かないよ！" instead of "泣かないよパルスィちゃん！" - it's the exact same difference as, "Parsee-chan Don't Cry!" vs. "Don't Cry Parsee-chan!"

Yes, the artist is Korean, but he seems to have a very good grasp of Japanese. English, though? This title is the only time we've seen it.

Since the artist is Korean, I think the Korean title would give us the "correct" title. Or, at least, break the tie one way or the other.

But I wouldn't be surprised if the English title is just the result of the artist throwing it into google translate. It certainly wouldn't be the first time someone's done that.

"Par-see," like in English. Official transliteration is パルスィ (Parusi)
