It's not a doujinshi. As you can see when you click on the "parent post" link, it's from Comic Hotmilk vol.04 (2008/04). You'll also see the other three pages of this work.

A doujinshi is a Japanese fan-made, or non-official manga. Manga is the Japanese equal to comics, in other words it IS from a doujinshi.

It was published in Comic Hotmilk, a monthly comic anthology. That makes it a commercial work.
In other words, it's not a doujinshi no matter how you look at it.
