In case anyone's wondering, that seems to be a Tediore shotgun with a Torgue barrel and Bandit foregrip, stock, and scope. Also, note that she's firing off-handed (everyone in Borderlands fires right-handed in-game, which means that normally Gaige's mechanical arm would be on the foregrip, not the trigger)

Pretty sure that's a Twister, a Jakobs shotgun with a shock element.
