Classic example of Nazi Germany's over-engineering. Why on earth do they think 212k hp is necessary to carry a mere 42 planes, huh.

Actually, the Midway class CVs could also give Graf a run for her money since they have a similar 212K horsepower as well.

So effectively Graf is strong as all get out but can't properly utilize that strength because it is proportionally misaligned?

200k hp > 160k hp, simple as that. A shame that carriers are supposed to carry planes tough.
