More artists need to catch on to the fact that breasts are rarely the same shape when they are unsupported as when they're supported, especially artists who are in the habit of doing dressed and undressed versions of images. Akali's chest is looking literally unreal here, apparently on account of either laziness or ignorance on the artist's part. It's a shame, because it's otherwise quite well-rendered.
